The burner outlets can be controlled separately, making this gas barbecue also perfect for indirect grilling. The enameled steel warming rack can be used as an additional cooking surface (oven function). The temperature can be controlled by the thermometer integrated in the lid. The side burner provides additional flexibility for preparing sauces and side dishes. The new BlueFlame Power System from Campingaz offers faster preheating, optimum heat distribution over the grill surface, and a design that ensures significantly fewer flare-ups. The BlueFlame burners cleverly distribute the flames underneath the entire grill surface to provide evenly distributed heat. Protection of the burner is already integrated thanks to the optimized shape of the cast-iron grill. This prevents hot fat and juices from collecting and causing flare-ups in the burner box. The clever Campingaz InstaClean Aqua BASIC technology uses the power of water to make cleaning effortless. The grease drip tray on the front is filled with water to prevent grease and food residue from burning on to the material. In a similar way, a small amount of water evaporation during grilling functions as a grease repellent and also stops burned food from sticking. This means that greasy grill parts can simply be removed and washed off-no scrubbing needed! The waste water in the grease tray can be drained simply by removing the plug. Quick, easy, and spotless! The basis of the Culinary Modular System-the cast-iron grill with the removable round insert-is included in delivery.
