This heavy duty Aberdeen round picnic table is perfect for any commercial or heavy usage setting. It is a sturdy and significant piece of garden furniture, made from FSC slow growing pine.
The wood is pressure treated with Tanalith E to help prevent rotting and decay. Pressure treating forces the treatment deeper into the wood so the timbers have a much longer lifespan that ordinary treatments. The timbers are also patterned with anti-warp grooves so there will be no buckling or warping due to temperature changes. Natural splitting and cracking may occur but will not affect the lifetime nor structure of the product.
The table top and seats are made from 34mm Thick FSC Scandinavian Pine. The remaining framework consists of thick timbers ranging from 32mm-45mm.
Please Note: As part of the pressure treatment process, spacers (separators) are used between the picnic table components to allow deep penetration of the treatment, these spacers can leave surface marking but any discolouration will fade away quickly leaving a uniformed colour.
